Water Quality, Erosion and Sediment Controls: Rural Opportunities and Intersection with the Drainage Act

Dr. Bill Trenouth is a project manager and the water resources engineering team leader at AECOM’s London office. Dr. Trenouth works on projects related to Low Impact Development (LID) design; water quality treatment and performance monitoring; infrastructure maintenance and repair; site servicing design; hydraulic assessments and more. Dr. Trenouth holds a doctorate in water quality engineering from the University of Guelph, where he completed research on the development and testing of low impact drainage systems for use along large (400-series) highways.
